Terms of Services

By the use of Pix Brand Pvt. Ltd. and its website, the user is bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any point, for any reason.

Website Usage

Pix Brand offers you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to make use of the website and any other mails that you may receive as per these Terms and Conditions.   • You will hold the entire responsibility for all content that you post, upload, or transmit through our website. Also, you agree to not post, upload, or transmit content through the website that, (a) is harmful, inaccurate, pronographic, defamatory, obscene, violent, racist, offensive, or objectionable in any way to Pix Brand or other website users; (b) includes the unauthorized disclosure of any personal information; (c) violates anybody’s intellectual property rights; or (d) has software viruses or any pieces of code, programs or files that are designed to destroy, limit, or interrupt the functionality of any computer hardware, software, or other computer equipment. In such cases, Pix Brand reserves the right for the editing and removal of the Content in violation of these Terms containing any third-party commercial advertisements.

Standard Services

Pix Brand will make use of its capabilities to complete the offered services within the committed timeframes that were agreed among the parties in any SOW. You will also acknowledge that none of the services can be performed till Pix Brand has received all the information, content, and other materials that are required to a reasonable extent by Pix Brand. Pix Brand will play no part in sharing the liability for any delays where such a delay is a direct or indirect result of an act or omission, or also by a breach by the Customer on such an agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

Customers shall own all the rights, titles, as well as interests in the deliverables. All of these shall be granted to the Customer only on receiving the complete payment. As far as all the deliverables includes the Consultant and pre-existing Intellectual Property, the mentioned Consultant Pre-Existing IP are required for the proper functioning grants the Customer a worldwide, transferable, royalty-free license solely with such deliverables.

Warranty

In exception to what has been expressly mentioned in this Agreement, all parties shall disclaim any kind of warranties such as implied, and also any kind of communication between them which will include, without any limitation, implied warranties such as non-infringement, title, merchantability, as well as fitness for any particular purpose.
